Because we make limited edition items we will not accept returns and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail.
All custom order sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom orders for any reason. We will however, attempt to work with you on an exchange if the item(s) can be salvaged. See "Exchange Policy" below.
If you have a problem with an item or are dissatisfied in any way please email us at email@example.com or send a Direct Message with a picture of how you received the item on Instagram to let us know the issue. We will do our best to come up with a fix for the problem. If it is possible to make an exchange we require you to pay all applicable shipping charges both coming and going. Before an exchange will be made we ask that you send the product back to see if it might be possible to "salvage" the original depending on the issue. Make sure to email us before sending any products back for an exchange so we can provide a reasonable timeframe for expecting the item to be returned.
